§1 GENERAL CONDITIONS
These general terms and conditions (the “General Conditions”) apply when you as a consumer (the “Customer”) place an order via www.mazeinterior.com and related pages, (the “Website”). The agreement is concluded between you and Maze Interior AB, company reg. no. SE5566443544 (”Maze”). Detailed contact information and other information about Maze are set forth on the Website. The General Conditions are only applicable for Customers that are consumers.
The Customer must be minimum 18 years old to order via the Website. Maze does not, in accordance with Swedish law, accept any credit purchases to persons below 18 years of age. Maze reserves the right to deny or change a Customer’s order (e.g. if the Customer has provided incorrect personal data and/or has any record for non-payment of debt).
Maze shall have no liability in case products are sold out, nor for image or typographical errors on the Website, e.g. errors in the product description or technical specification, inaccurate prices and price adjustments or incorrect information with regards to whether a product is in stock. Maze is entitled to rectify any such errors and, at any time, to change or update the information. If an inaccurate price has been stated for a product ordered by the Customer, Maze will notify the Customer accordingly and await the Customer’s approval of the amended price prior to Maze continuing with the order process. All images on the Website shall be considered solely as illustrations. Such illustrations do not guarantee to reproduce the amount of products the Customer will receive or the exact appearance of the product. Maze is not responsible for any information by third parties provided for on the Website.
§2. PURCHASE
In order to place an order through the Website, the Customer must accept the General Conditions. By accepting the General Conditions, the Customer undertakes to comply with the General Conditions in its entirety and acknowledges that he/she consent to Maze using and storing your personal data according to Maze Privacy Policy.
A purchase agreement is concluded when Maze has confirmed the Customer’s order and the Customer has received an order confirmation from Maze via e-mail. Maze encourages the Customer to save the order confirmation for any future contacts with Maze customer service regarding the order. The Customer is entitled to cancel its order up until it has been confirmed by Maze. If the order is cancelled, Maze will refund any payments the Customer or its pay- or credit card company has made with regard to the order.
§3. PRICES
The prices stated on the Website apply to orders placed on the Website. The prices do not include payment- and shipping fees, which are given seperately
Prices for residents in the European Union are presented including VAT
Prices for residents outside of the European Union are presented excl. VAT. Applicable import taxes and customs fees according to the country’s policy are paid by the customer when the order is delivered. Administrative fees by the shipping company my also be charged to the customer
§4. PAYMENTS
We offer safe and simple payments through Klarna Checkout. You may pay using invoice, installments or debit/credit card. You may find the terms of conditions at Klarna Checkout
§5. DELIVERY
The expected delivery time from our warehouse is set forth in the order confirmation, at the checkout and/or on the current product page on the Website. Unless otherwise expressly agreed and if a delivery is delayed for more than 30 working days and it is not due to you as Customer, you are entitled to cancel the purchase.
Maze will normally ship your order within 1-2 business days. The total delivery time may vary depending on distance and way of delivery. If the product is out of stock, we will contact you regarding the new delivery time.
Mazeinterior.com currently offer shipment to: EU, UK, Switzerland and Norway. For orders to other countries please contact us and we will support you personally.
A shipping confirmation containing a tracking link will be sent when the order has been shipped.
If any package shall be picked up at a specific delivery point, the Customer shall do so within the time specified in the notification. Packages shall normally be retrieved personally with valid identification and order number. The Customer will receive a notification of delivery stating when and where the package shall be picked-up or received. The notification may be made by e-mail, ordinary mail and if the Customer has provided a mobile number, also by phone or SMS. Maze is entitled to charge the Customer a fee of EUR 20 if the package is not retrieved.
Larger shipments may be delivered on pallets and the route to the delivery address must then be passable and accessible.
Upon receiving the goods the customer must immediately ensure it received goods match the order and is without any visible damage. If any visible damage is found, the customer must ensure this is documented on the point of delivery.
§6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing products on the Website the Customer has a 14 day withdrawal period in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. This means that the Customer has the right to cancel any purchase by notifying Maze accordingly within 14 days from when the Customer or its representative received the product ordered (withdrawal period).
If the Customer wishes to withdraw a purchase, the Customer shall, prior to the expiry of the withdrawal period, send a clear message to Maze. The Customer shall provide its name, address and other relevant information, e.g. order reference, invoice number and the name of the product in the message.
If the Customer uses its right of withdrawal, the Customer shall pay for the return shipping costs and is responsible for the condition of the product after the Customer has received the product and during the return shipping. The product shall be returned within 14 days from the date when Maze was notified of the withdrawal. The product shall be sent well packaged, in good condition and in its original box and/or packaging. Any returns shall be sent to Maze in accordance with the address received from Maze upon notification. Depending on the destination, customers may be subject to additional charges in order to receive their package. Such charges include Customs & Duty charges, VAT/local taxes, etc. The aforementioned fees are the sole responsibility of the customer/buyer, even in case of forced return, i.e. prior to the parcel being delivered to the customer. If you require more information on this, please promptly contact our customer support team.
Maze will pay back the amount without undue delay, however, no later than within 30 days from the date Maze received the Customer notification of withdrawal. However, Maze may delay repayment until Maze has received the product or the Customer has provided proof that the product has been returned, e.g. by means of certificate of delivery. Repayment will be made to the Customer by the payment method chosen by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed or if there is any objection for such a repayment.
Warranty and complaints
The right to file a complaint apply to products which are defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. Any Customer who wishes to assert their right to file a complaint for any product ordered shall contact Maze, as soon as possible after the defect was discovered, using the contact information set forth on the Website.
Maze will carry the cost for the return freight for any approved complaints.
Once a product, for which a complaint has been filed, is returned and the complaint approved, Maze will refund the Customer in compliance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Maze reserves the right to refuse any complaint if the product, in compliance with applicable consumer protection legislation, proves not to be defective. Upon complaints Maze complies with the guidelines provided by the National Board for Consumer Complaints or the corresponding authorities in other European countries. Warranties for products will only cover original manufacturing defects and accordingly not any fault arising upon or after any individual changes of the product’s function and appearance, e.g. rebuilding, upgrading or other configuration of the product. The Customer’s order confirmation constitutes the certificate of warranty and is valid within 20 years from the date on the confirmation.
During the warranty period, we undertake to repair or replace the product at no additional cost if it is found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects or material defects that occurred during normal use. We reserve the right to assess and determine which defects are covered by the warranty.
To make a guarantee claim, we ask that you contact us and provide us with the following information:
Product name and model number
Purchase date and proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
Description of the error or defect
Please note that does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear, accident caused by injury, abuse or misuse of the product.

Natural Materials
The products sold by Maze are made from natural materials such as wood, metal, and ceramics. Natural materials often vary in appearance, size, and structure from product to product, which is to be expected. This includes, among other things, knots, grains, colour variations, structural differences, etc. These natural variations do not normally constitute valid grounds for a complaint.
In order for natural materials to maintain their high quality over time, the care instructions provided on our website should be followed. Maze Interior AB reserves the right to refuse a claim in the event of damage and wear resulting from failure to follow these guidelines.
PRIVACY POLICY
When ordering a product/service the customer will be asked to fill in personal information. Upon purchase, this information is stored to fulfil our agreement. In accordance with the Swedish law of Personuppgiftslagen the customer has the right to know the information Maze has registered. If the information is erroneous, incomplete, or irrelevant, the customer may ask to have your information corrected and/or removed. If this is the case, please contact us by e-mail.
Personal data (GDPR)
Following the General Data Protection Regulation, Maze must obtain approval for processing information about the customer, such as name, address, email, etc. Through making a purchase, the customer consent to Maze processing and storing personal data. All information provided when visiting the website, or in any communication, will be handled confidentially and in accordance with the given laws and regulations.
Maze will not let a third party get access personal data unless permission for the information to be used has been given.
FORCE MAJEURE
Maze Interior AB is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs, or renders production, delivery, or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labor conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles, or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements' obligations.
